Service Description
Week Four: Grand Finale – Teenagers Entering the Workforce Summary: Our fourth and final week of Kid’s Camp will be unlike any other. Designed for teenagers ages 14–16, this Tuesday to Friday program (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) focuses on preparing young people for their first job and helping them stand out in today’s workforce. Throughout the week, participants will gain hands-on experience in communication, teamwork, and responsibility — even serving real customers at The Whiskey District. Parents may also have the opportunity to join us for lunch and be served by their own kids, creating a memorable experience for both. At week’s end, each participant will receive an official Enter the Workforce Certificate along with a personal reference from The Whiskey District to help them in their future job pursuits. The program fee is $300 for the week, lunch included, and attendance for all four days is strongly encouraged Over four days, from Tuesday to Friday, we’ll work closely with a small group of motivated teens, teaching them the habits, confidence, and mindset that define great employees. Together, we’ll cover professionalism, teamwork, responsibility, and communication, while giving them the opportunity to serve real customers and apply what they’ve learned in a live setting. For a special touch of nostalgia, parents will even be invited to come for lunch and be served by their own kids — a proud moment for both sides of the table. We’ll focus on what employers value most: reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude — while also going deeper into the finer details that make a lasting impression: posture, presence, and the ability to connect genuinely with others. Phones will stay in lockers so participants can stay fully engaged in the moment. This program will be more than a kid’s camp — it will be an immersive mentorship, taught directly by our Owner, Andy, and General Manager, Josh. * Andy will lead sessions on basic business, creativity and communication, showing how photography can be used to capture an idea, describe it effectively, and share it on social media. Teens will learn what it means to be a publicist for their own ideas and how to bring a concept to life through thoughtful execution. There may even be a few social media posts created by the students themselves next week — each approved by Andy, of course — so stay tuned to our channels for their work. * Josh, our General Manager, will guide participants through the art of (cont'd)
